Snap n Track (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is owned and operated by Digi Hive Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, and share your personal and non-personal information when you use the Snap n Track mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Services”).

  • Information You Provide: When you sign up or log in, we may collect your name, email address, authentication details (e.g., Google or Apple sign-in), grocery slip data, and preferences. You may also optionally provide your province, mobile number, and date of birth for internal analysis.
  • Information Collected Automatically: We may collect device data such as model, operating system, IP address, usage patterns, crash logs, and cookies or similar technologies to improve app and website performance.
  • Information from Third Parties: If you log in or interact with third-party services (like social login), we may receive relevant data in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Data Security & Account Deletion

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings section of the app or by contacting us directly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Snap n Track is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will promptly delete such data.

7. POPIA Compliance (South Africa)

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we:

  • Collect data only for specific, lawful purposes
  • Store it securely and retain it only as long as necessary
  • Never sell or disclose it without your consent, unless required by law
  • Enable you to request access, correction, or deletion at any time

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
