Terms Of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Snap n Track mobile application (“the App”) operated by Digi Hive Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Snap n Track is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. App Purpose

Snap n Track allows users to scan and track grocery slips to monitor healthy food purchases. It helps you gain insight into how much you spend on qualifying healthy items, based on grocery data extracted from receipts.

This app does not guarantee any financial rewards or cashback. It is a tool to help you track and manage your spending more effectively.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account and log in using Apple or Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Snap n Track may offer free or paid subscription plans.

  • Free Trial: We may offer a limited-time free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • Billing: Payments will be processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations through your app store account.
  • Dummy Subscriptions in Beta: During testing phases, any subscription interactions are simulated (non-billable).

We do not process payments directly, and any billing issues must be handled via the app store platform you subscribed through.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Snap n Track, you agree:

  • Not to upload fraudulent, manipulated, or third-party receipts
  • Not to misuse, reverse engineer, or harm the App in any way
  • To only use the App for personal, non-commercial tracking purposes unless explicitly permitted

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your information.

In line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable privacy laws:

  • Your data is collected only with your consent and only for the purpose of delivering our service
  • You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@snapntrack.io
  • We never sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality within Snap n Track are owned by Digi Hive Pty Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

8. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify features at any time without notice.

During beta testing or early access phases, bugs and feature limitations may occur. We welcome your feedback to improve the experience.

9. Disclaimers

Snap n Track provides tools and insights to help you manage your healthy food tracking. However:

  • We do not guarantee eligibility for any health or cashback programs
  • The data we extract is based on the accuracy of receipt scans, which may vary
  • We are not liable for incorrect analysis due to poor-quality images or receipt layouts

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digi Hive Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Snap n Track.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
